I developed a toothache whilst holidaying in Fernvale. They were able to give me an urgent appointment quickly. Stephen was professional and very understanding. Being aware that I was returning home in a couple of days, he refrained from any work and sent X-rays etc to my regular dentist. He ensured that I was able to cope with the pain first. A wonderful experience from a dentist phobic!

Seen Dr Jeremy today for my check up and clean.honestly I wasn't so keen for the clean as my teeth were extremely sensitive the last time I went in for a clean.Dr Jeremy was great,he took some pics and proceeded to assess how sensitive my teeth were.Dr Jeremy was fantastic,he cleaned my teeth with no pain,I was amazed as this hasn't been my experience in the past.also the dental assistant with the suction tube also done a fantastic job,they usually make me gag and choke,not this assistant .so a big thank you to Dr Jeremy and his dental assistant for the best experience I have had in a dental chair in over 45 years.

In the past 6 to 8 months I've had quite a few teeth out by Dr Jeremy he is very professional and by far the best dental experience that I've ever had, I felt zero pain from the actual teeth getting taken out, and minimal pain during healing . Dr Jeremy is patient and takes time and great care. Very impressed. Seen Dr Jeremy at both Fernvale and Plainland centres .

If I could give the Fernvale team more stars I would.
Went above and beyond for my first visit - needed a tough tooth pulled, really tough!!
Ladies on reception booked me first thing the following day!! No wait time prior to the appointment either.
They took into account my needle phobia, explained what was happening at each stage of the extraction (minus the needle info - no one needs to hear that when a phobia is present lol). Great job Jeremy & Stevie. If you’re looking for a new dentist or new to the area I highly recommend.
